If you're looking to auto-transcribe your Zendesk Voice recordings, there are a few steps to get this done.
Unfortunately, Zendesk doesn't have native support for downloading audio calls. So, we need to resort to using what is called the Download Recordings App on the App Marketplace.
Go to Admin > Apps > Marketplace, and install the app. Once it's installed, you can download the recordings.
Next, login to your Vocalmatic account. If you don't already have an account, register for a free account here and get 30 minutes of auto-transcription for free.
Then, simply hit the New Transcription button in the Account dashboard and begin uploading your recording.
After a few minutes, we'll email you a link to the auto-transcribed audio and you can do whatever you like with the result!
