Sub-Processors: An entity that is a Data Processor which Vocalmatic uses to process data.
Personal Data: Any data that relates to, originates from, a Data Subject, that either is identified or can be identified based on such relation or other data.
A list of our sub-processors and locations your data is processed is available upon request. All our sub-processors are GDPR compliant.
In an effort to be transparent, below we outline the various ways we might process your information and our purpose, reasoning, and justifications for processing this data.
Note: We store all data indefinitely until the Data Subject either requests deletion or performs the delete themselves. The data lives in Sub-Processors, which are GDPR compliant.
First and Last Name
Why do we store this?: Your First and Last Names are stored for usage in identifying our customers.
Why do we store this?: Your email is the main communication channel between you, the Data Subject, and the Website. It serves as the identification for a Data Subject to login to use our service
Why do we store this?: This information is stored on Stripe Inc. This is stored only for keeping records of your purchases on Vocalmatic.
Why do we store this?: When using Vocalmatic, we store your audio files so transcribing them will be possible.

As a user of Vocalmatic, you are entitled, as a data subject and EU citizen, to the general data protection rights set forth in the GDPR.

Right of Access
You have the right to request information into whether and how Vocalmatic is processing your data. Please refer to our Data Protection Policy, where you can read up more on whether and how Vocalmatic processes your data.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to request a copy of the data we gather about you, a user, and we will deliver it to you in machine readable format
Right to Rectification
You have the right to request for or at your leisure make corrections to your personal data.
Right To Erasure
You have the right to request that processed personal data be deleted from our systems. You also have the right to withdraw consent or object to processing of your data, at which point we are obligated to remove such data without undue delay.
Right to Object
You have the right to object to participating marketing related communications, such as direct marketing, where you have not consented.
Where you request us to rectify or erase your personal data or restrict any processing of such personal data, we reserve the right to notify third parties to whom such personal data has been disclosed of such request. However, such third party may have the right to retain and continue to process such personal data in its own right, for example to comply with its legal obligations.
