When you upload media, we process the file to generate transcripts and store the resulting transcripts in your account.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account.

Uploaded media is sent to our storage and processing infrastructure to perform transcription. Source media may be removed after transcription completes. Transcripts and metadata are retained in your account until you delete them.

We also attempt to store a local copy of your source file in your browser’s private storage for playback. This local copy remains on your device and is not accessible to us.

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the Service (e.g., hosting, storage, payments) or when required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can delete your transcriptions in the app. You can also contact us to request account deletion or data access.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
