Vocalmatic provides transcription tools for audio and video files. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time. We may add or remove functionality at any time.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Vocalmatic a limited license to process your files solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload and process the content.

You agree not to upload content that violates laws or third-party rights.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to process illegal content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and may be unavailable from time to time. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service without notice.

We provide the Service without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vocalmatic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data or profits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
